Renaissance Group and Avery Cooper
Avery Cooper of Yellowknife and Renaissance Group of Vancouver are pleased to announce they have entered into a business partnership agreement that will ensure the legacy of Avery Cooper for another 50 years.
Gerry Avery, managing partner of Avery Cooper, commented, “The arrangement with the Renaissance Group will broaden the range of services we can offer to our clients. It also solves one of our biggest challenges as retirement looms closer for some members of the existing partner group. We feel confident that as some of the existing partners reduce their responsibilities we have a very competent group that will be available to fill any gaps.”
The two firms will continue to operate as independent organizations governed by their respective senior management teams. The name of Avery Cooper will remain and the firm will continue to operate under northern-based control and direction with no immediate changes to its operations or people. The team members of both firms will remain in their respective locations of Vancouver and Yellowknife. Over time we will determine how best to cross-utilize resources, training and people.
